Tim Walsh knows how to plan for the long-term. He knows that achieving your goals in the future means aligning your resources right now, regardless of your stage of life. And over his career as a financial planner, he’s helped numerous clients do exactly that.
Tim began his career as an accomplished salesman in the senior living marketplace, and that experience gave him a vast understanding of long-term care and a unique perspective on retirement planning. So when he made the jump into financial planning, he took particular excitement from helping pre-retirees navigate the risks and opportunities they might find in retired life.
When he’s not cultivating the future finances of his clients, you might find him cultivating his garden—which includes a vibrant array of flowers. He loves spending time outside, whether it’s with a garden trowel in his hand, or fly-fishing, playing softball, golfing, and volunteering with the Walnut Creek Little League. He and his wife have been married for over 30 years, and they have two sons in their 20s.
Tim graduated from CSU Long Beach with a degree in healthcare administration, and he holds a Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC). An expert in multiple facets of finance—including insurance, estate strategies, retirement planning, and long-term care—he sees every client interaction through the lens of helping them establish a solid financial foundation. Whether he’s protecting their income with life insurance or planning for milestone life events, he enjoys knowing that his work is helping families find peace in their financial security.
